Shipping Policy

Most Items above 500 are Shipped free across India . Total shipping costs for orders below Rs.500 is about Rs.30 or as per the Dimensions and above depending on the weight & place of delivery .

Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer - There are no hidden costs. Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only. For delivery required outside India, kindly contact us through Devotional India - Contact us page or mail us @ [email protected] .

Shipping for all orders will be through the Federal Express CorporationTM or our local couriers depending on the areas . Shipping may also be done by any other carrier, if such a request is made by the buyer . Orders shipped to PIN codes not serviced by FedEx will be shipped through EMS, or any other carrier, at the sole discretion of Devotional India .

Tracking Number

After the dispatch of the Shipment through FedEx/UPS, the customer shall be communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked on the FedEx web site www.fedex.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.

EMS tracking numbers can be tracked through http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/speednettracking/.

Shipment details can also be accessed using your order number and email address submitted with your order, through devotionalindia.com/trackyourorder .

Period of Delivery

The normal period for delivery to is between 3 to 8 business days. However, Devotional India does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as , Flight delays, remote locations, handicraft production etc.

Exceptions to the above may be noted in the following cases :

Brass Collection : Requires 3 to 5 busines days, after which it will be shipped by Federal Express, as per our regular Policy, as stated above. All Framed articles will be sent duly insured, at no extra cost to the buyer.

Saris and Custom Tailored Garments : Blouse/Petticoat set for the saris, tailored to custom measurements, will require an extra 2 to 4 days or more for shipment.

Sales & Refund Policy

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Devotional Store will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product ordered by you. You will need to fill out a Return Slip which is enclosed with your order and mail back with the goods you want to exchange or return to the address provided on the Return Slip. Once we receive your paperwork and returned goods, we will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the product to the original credit card depending on your preference. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to also pay for the shipping costs to return the products at the address given in the Return Slip. Just in case you have changed your mind after placing the order, we are happy to cancel your order , you just need to notify us within 06 hours after you generate the order. You may be charged for using the payment gateway and your balance amount will be returned in the similar process by which we have received.
